Booking Conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS PLOTS

* After your request and acceptance of the booking conditions, the Campsite will confirm your request by e-mail, asking for a payment of 310€ to be done by bank transfer within 7 days.
* In MID and HIGH seasons, 10€ of the payment will be a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining 300€ will be a deposit, which will be deducted from the total amount of your stay.
* In SUPER LOW and LOW seasons, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 60€ to confirm your reservation, which will be deducted from the total amount of your stay.
* In HIGH seasons, the remaining amount must be paid in cash at the arrival day. If you leave the plot before the scheduled departure date, we do NOT reimburse you for the remaining days.
* The reserved plot will be at your disposal from 2 p.m. of the arrival day. The day of departure, the plot must be left clean and free by midday.
* Each plot can be occupied by a maximum of 5 people and one vehicle.
* We remind you that, for the electrical connection, a CEE cable plug (with 3 pines) is required. Reception does NOT provide any.
* Visitors are NOT allowed. In exceptional cases and with prior authorisation from Reception, a minimum price of 15€ per person will be applied. Visiting hours from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
* The possibility of booking a specific plot is not guaranteed, however, the Reception team will try to satisfy the request of the clients who ask for it.
* If the plot is not occupied within 24 hours of arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled, and the whole deposit will be lost.

BOOKING CONDITIONS ACCOMODATION (BUNGALOWS / MOBILHOMES)

* Dogs and pets are NOT allowed in the accommodation and its surroundings.
* After your request and acceptance of the booking conditions, the Campsite will confirm your request by e-mail, asking for a payment of 460€ to be done by bank transfer within 7 days.
* In MID and HIGH seasons, 10€ of the payment will be a non-refundable booking fee. The remaining 450€ will be a deposit, which will be deducted from the total amount of your stay.
* In MID and HIGH seasons, the minimum rental period will be one week, being Saturday the arrival and departure day. The check-in time will be at 5 p.m. and the check-out time will be at 11 a.m. During the rest of the seasons the minimum stay will be 2 nights, excluding long weekends, which must be occupied all the days.
* In SUPER LOW and LOW season, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 150€ to confirm your reservation, which will be deducted from the total amount of your stay.
* The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the arrival day and leave a deposit of 150€ at the Reception, as a guarantee for cleaning and possible damages. You must leave the accommodation in an optimal state. This deposit will be refunded when you hand over the keys on the day of departure and after checking the accommodation.
* Visitors are NOT allowed. In exceptional cases and with prior authorisation from Reception, a minimum price of 15€ per person will be applied. Visiting hours from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m.
* If you leave the accommodation before the scheduled departure date, you will NOT be refunded for the remaining days.
* If the accommodation is not occupied within 24 hours of arrival date, the reservation will be cancelled, and the whole deposit will be lost.

CANCELLATION POLICY

* Any cancellation of a reservation must be made WRITTEN to the e-mail address info@lagaviota.plesk.myfocus.es.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date, implies the loss of 30% of the deposit.
Cancellation 30 days until 15 days before arrival date, implies the loss of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date, implies the loss of 100% of the deposit.
