How far is the beach from the campsite?
The campsite is situated almost touching the beach.
Is there a swimming pool on the campsite?
Yes, the campsite has a swimming pool, which is 20 metres long, 7 metres bright and 140 cm deep.
A part of it is only 40 cm deep with a padded ground for the smaller children.
In low season it is heated by the solar panel system.
Is it possible to pay with credit card?
We don’t accept credit cards in the Reception.
Are visitors allowed?
Visits will be allowed depending on the occupation of the campsite. Obligatory, before accessing the facilities, they will always have to go to the reception to register, in case there is availability and following the reception instructions will be processed your entry. They must deposit an identity document at the reception until their departure and must pay the amount corresponding to the visit tariff indicated by the reception. They will be provided with an identification bracelet. The maximum departure time of visitors to our facilities will be at 11 p.m.
Is it possible to hire a pitch during the whole season?
It is not possible to hire a pitch during the whole season.
Is it possible to hire refrigerators on the campsite?
Yes, it is possible to hire a fridge, you can ask for information and booking at the reception.
It is possible to hire bicycles on the campsite?
Yes, it s possible to hire bicycles on the campsite.
Is there a wifi connection on the campsite?
Yes. If you need wifi on your pitch, you should buy a ticket on reception.
The wifi in the bar/restaurant is for free.
Is there any animation on the campsite?
In July and August there are different shows, such as disco-mobile, live music, flamenco show, etc. on the terrace of the bar, twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays and if the weather permits it, since it is done outdoors. For the little ones, there is a Mini Club during the months of July and August, and different activities that will be previously announced the day they we do it. As activities you can also do Yoga and Aquagym (once or twice a week)
SERVICES
What kind of services does the campsite offer?
There is a supermarket on the campsite, where you can buy different products.
In the Bar-Restaurant we offer a fresh food and a daily menu where you can also order food to take-away.
Is there a laundry-service?
Yes, we have 2 washing-machines and 1 dryer, the two machines work with coins that you can buy in the reception
PITCHES
How many amperes do the pitches have?
There is a maximum of 10 Ampere on each pitch.
What kind of electric connection do the pitches have?
Our connections are three-phased plugs.
At what time do the clients have to leave the pitch?
The check-out-time is at 12 p.m. In low season it is also possible to do the late check-out.
Please ask for more information at reception.
Is it allowed to do barbecues?
Yes, but only using coal.
DOGS
Dogs are allowed on the campsite?
Yes, dogs are allowed on the pitches (on each pitch a maximum of 2 dogs)
Dogs of dangerous breeds are not allowed on the campsite.

On the campsite the dogs must be on a leach all the time and kept under control by their owners.
BUNGALOWS / MOBILHOMES
At what time the clients have to leave the accommodation?
At your departure you have to leave the accommodation by 12 p.m.
At what time is it possible to get in the accommodation?
At the day of arrival, you can enter after 5 p.m.
Are there animals allowed in the bungalows /mobilhomes?
Animals are not allowed in any of the accommodations.
Is there any air-conditioning in the accommodations?
No, there is no air-conditioning in none of the accommodations, but the fact that the campsite is that close to the beach, always brings a fresh breeze from the sea.
Are there sheets and blankets in the accommodations?
Yes, there are sheets and blankets in all accommodations, but there aren’t any towels and neither any kitchen rags. You can hire towels at the reception.
Is it possible to get a baby-bed and a baby-chair?
Yes, you can have this service, always under availability, and it will be for free.
Do we have to clean up the bungalow/mobilhome when we are leaving?
Please leave the accommodation as clean as you have found it at your arrival.
