PITCH BOOKING CONDITIONS

By means of this document, you are accepting our booking conditions and our cancellation policy.

In MID and HIGH seasons, a deposit of 330 € will be required to confirm the booking and will be deducted from the total invoice.

In MID and HIGH seasons, all bookings will have an additional 10 € booking fee.

In SUPER LOW and LOW seasons, a deposit of 65 € will be required to confirm the booking and will be deducted from the total invoice.

In HIGH season, the remaining amount must be paid in cash on the day of arrival. No refund will be made for unused days in case of early departure.

The reserved pitch will be available from 14:00 on arrival day and must be vacated clean by 12:00 on departure day.

Maximum occupancy per pitch is 5 people and one vehicle.

A CEE plug (3-pin) is required for the electrical connection. Reception does NOT provide plugs.

Visitors are NOT allowed. In exceptional cases and with prior authorization from Reception, a minimum fee of 15 € per person will apply. Visiting hours: 12:00 to 22:00.

Reservation of a specific pitch is not guaranteed, but Reception will try to meet customer requests.

If the pitch is not occupied within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival day, the booking will be cancelled and the full deposit will be forfeited.
ACCOMMODATION BOOKING CONDITIONS (BUNGALOWS / MOBILE HOMES)

Pets and dogs are NOT allowed in the accommodations or surrounding areas.

In MID and HIGH seasons, a deposit of 440 € will be required to confirm the booking and will be deducted from the total invoice.

In MID and HIGH seasons, all bookings will have an additional 10 € booking fee.

In MID and HIGH seasons, the minimum stay is one week, with Saturday as check-in and check-out day. Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out at 11:00. In other seasons, the minimum stay is 2 nights, excluding long weekends, when all holiday days must be booked.

In SUPER LOW and LOW seasons, a deposit of 165 € will be required to confirm the booking and will be deducted from the total invoice.

The remaining amount must be paid in cash on arrival day. A 150 € security deposit must also be left at Reception to guarantee cleaning and possible damages. The accommodation must be left in perfect condition. This deposit will be refunded upon key return after inspection.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Any cancellation of a reservation must be made WRITTEN to the e-mail address info@lagaviota.com.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival date, implies the loss of 30% of the deposit.
Cancellation 30 days until 15 days before arrival date, implies the loss of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival date, implies the loss of 100% of the deposit.
