We look forward to your visit and welcome you. We want you to feel at home with us and enjoy your stay. The fulfillment of this desire does not depend solely on us, but fundamentally on tolerance and mutual consideration among customers. For your safety and well-being, please observe the following basic rules:

• The speed limit is 5 km/h in the whole area.
• Between midnight and 7:00 am the entry, exit and circulation of vehicles inside the enclosure is prohibited. During these hours it is requested to maintain silence to preserve the rest of the campers. Also, during the day, please avoid making unnecessary noise. Devices such as radios, televisions, etc. must be kept at a minimum volume in order not to disturb the rest of the neighbours.
• It is totally forbidden to make a fire. Only charcoal barbecues are allowed. The grill must always be kept under surveillance and completely extinguished when going to sleep or when leaving the place.
• Our electrical installations are prepared to connect only low consumption appliances (maximum 10 amps per plot). Radiators, heaters, kitchens, etc. due to their high consumption would make the thermal magnets jump, with the consequent damage for all. If the client has to leave for a few days, he must leave his electrical socket disconnected from the installation.
• Nails or picks should not exceed 20 cm in length to avoid breakdowns in electrical installations that are buried.
• The hoses and water pipes distributed throughout the campsite are exclusively intended for water supply. Please do not use them for other purposes that may flood the plots.
• Please respect the trees and plants, anything that could damage them is forbidden. In case you would like to put some kind of canvas, mesh or fabric on the ground of your avancé, we request that it be of a porous material, so that the lawn that has been planted and cared for with so much care during the winter is not damaged and we can enjoy it as long as possible. The waters that can contain detergents or similar products do them no good either, for this type of discharges, please use the appropriate facilities.
• Free plots must always be empty, so please do not leave your vehicles, windsurf sails, etc. Plots may not be kept without the authorization of the reception.
• Pitches must be vacated at 12:00 pm and accommodations at 11:00 am on the day of departure.
• Your collaboration is essential to keep the campsite clean: use ashtrays and rubbish bins. It is compulsory to use plastic bags for waste. There are special bins for glass, cardboard, plastic and organic waste. At the entrance of the supermarket you will find a container for used batteries. To empty the chemical toilets, use the installation next to the men's toilets.
• Dogs (maximum 2 per plot) are allowed only on the plots and must always be tied up and under the supervision of their owners. In order to do their needs, it is necessary to take them out of the enclosure. Dogs of breeds considered dangerous are not allowed to enter the campsite. To wash them, please use the exclusive pet shower, located in the service area. For reasons of hygiene, pets are forbidden to enter the bar-restaurant, supermarket, reception and the swimming pool area.
• The schedules of our services and facilities are exposed in the entrance of each one of them.
• The games room is open from 9:00 am to 11:45 pm. It has a billiard table, table football and an air table. We have 2 ping-pong tables outside, in the games area.
• The rules of the swimming pool, exposed in the enclosure, are obligatory fulfillment; read them with attention. Please follow the instructions of our staff at all times.
• Our clients can receive mail or parcels, but the delivery service is not offered.
• Visitors are not allowed inside the campsite.
• The reception staff is at your disposal for any question or suggestion.
